- By uploading, creators grant Beatdawgs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, preview, and promote their content on the platform.
b- Creators may choose one of the following license types for each product:
- Standard License: Royalty-free, non-exclusive, limited commercial use.
- Extended License: Broader commercial rights, including sync and resale.
- Custom License: Creator-defined terms uploaded by the creator.
c- Creators that use Suno must confirm that their songs were generated under Suno’s paid plan and comply with Suno’s commercial use policies.
- That applies to all other music producing such services and their individual policies.
Buyers must accept the license terms before purchase.
- Beatdawgs is not responsible for enforcing custom licenses.

5. Sales & Monetization
- Beatdawgs facilitates sales and the licensing of your songs.
- Beatdawgs takes a commission (e.g., 20%) on each sales transaction for hosting and operational costs.
- Additional fees may apply for featured placement, premium tools, or promotional services.
- All fees are disclosed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Subject to minimum thresholds and verification.

6. Prohibited Content
Users may not upload:
- Songs generated under Suno’s free plan
- Infringing, defamatory, or obscene material
- Content that violates third-party rights or applicable laws

7. DMCA & Copyright Claims
- Beatdawgs complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
- Copyright holders may submit takedown requests via our designated agent.
- Repeat infringers may be removed.

8. Privacy
- Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
- We comply with the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA), CCPA, and GDPR.

9. Platform Use & Restrictions
- Users may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform.
- Beatdawgs may suspend access for abuse or violations.

- Upon termination, your content will be removed and any eligible payouts will be processed.

- Our liability is limited to the amount paid to you in the past six months.
